This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to the ESEN Analytics Systems LLC platform are managed. By purchasing or using a subscription, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges. Access to the analytical framework remains active until the end of the current billing period.
2. Billing Periods
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Once a billing period has started, it cannot be paused or partially refunded for that specific period.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and software-as-a-service (SaaS) nature of the Service, refunds are not provided for already used or partially used billing periods.
In exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate billing or verified technical faults that prevent access to the platform, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.
4. No Performance-Based Refunds
Refunds are not granted based on market conditions, dissatisfaction with analytical outcomes, or changes in personal financial circumstances. ESEN Analytics Systems LLC provides access to software tools and systematic data models only and does not guarantee financial results.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. ESEN Analytics Systems LLC does not store payment card details and does not control authorization decisions made by the payment provider.
